These terms govern your use of NoBrokerHub (the “Service”). By using the app or website, you agree to them.
The service
NoBrokerHub is a platform that lets property owners list, and seekers discover properties, and contact each other directly. We are not a broker, agent, or party to any transaction between users.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Listings and conduct
You may only list property you are authorised to list, with accurate details and lawful images. No spam, fraud, discrimination, scraping, or unlawful, misleading, or offensive content. Listings are published after review and may be removed at our discretion.
No brokerage, no guarantee
We charge no brokerage and do not verify the accuracy of listings or the identity of users beyond stated checks. Deal diligently: verify ownership and documents independently before any payment.
Content licence
You retain ownership of what you post, and grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the Service.
Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for dealings between users or for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
